The Museum took part in the ‘Treasures of Hampshire’ showcase in the Great Hall in Winchester on the 8th and 9th of September. It was so well attended we had almost no time to take photos of our many visitors. We also used it as an opportunity to show everyone our plans for the museum and ask for their feedback. We received lots of interest, encouragement and great suggestions from some of the hundreds of visitors who attended the event.
It was part of the Heritage Open Day programme. The Diving Museum is participating in the programme and is open for free today and tomorrow (Thursday 13th and Friday 14th September).We hope you can make it.
